Dom Cadfan (David) Williams OSB was born on 1 March 1937. On 21 March 1996, he professed his simple vows, and on 26 September 2002 was ordained to the priesthood. Dom Cadfan departed this life unexpectedly on 5 September 2018 at the age of 81. He had been professed for 22 years and ordained a priest for 15 years.
